Mapro Garden

Mapro Gardens is a garden park in the hill station of Panchgani, Maharashtra, India, situated close to Mahabaleshwar, known for their strawberry produce, and a popular tourist destination. It is host to the annual Strawberry Festival. Mahabaleshwar contributes to 85% of the total Strawberry produce in India. The Strawberry Festival encourages the strawberry cultivation in the belt. The highlights of this festival are fresh farm picked strawberry lined up on tables for visitors to eat to their fullest as well as traditional folk performances such as Shivkalin Dhol and Lezim, a high energy dance for which dancers are invited from Pratapgarh.

Parsi Point

Parsi Point is known for offering beautiful views of the Dhom Dam backwaters and the lush green Krishna Valley. This popular picnic spot has derived its name from the fact that in earlier days, it was a favourite spot of the Parsi Community.

Sydney Point

Sydney Point is renowned for offering beautiful views of the Krishna Valley, Kamalgad Fort, Dhom Dam, and the city of Wai. This tiny hillock overlooking the lush green Krishna Valley was named after Sir Sidney Beckwarth, who was Commander in Chief and senior member of the council.
Sir Sidney Beckwarth temporarily succeeded Sir John Malcolm as the Governor of Bombay in 1830. The hillock also offers beautiful views of the hill ranges of Pandavgad and Mandhardeo.

The theme park consists of majestic trees and stone paved paths fringed with tropical plants. Nature walk with the insistent chatter of the sound of the birds on overhanging branches, colourful butterflies, charpoys for resting, man-made waterfalls with a muted hiss of their flow in a continuous serenade, world class cactus collection, fossil museum, horror house for the brave, laughing mirrors for the humorous, hookah, bonfires, do it yourself barbeque and much more.

Table Land

Table Land is a plateau that marks the highest point of the entire region of Panchgani with the height of 4500 feet above sea level. But that's not it - spanning over an area of a whopping 95 acres, the Table Land ranks second on the list of the largest plateaus in Asia! The base rock of this plateau is majestic laterite entirely covered with dense foliage of miniature blue bonnet grass. The dizzying height of Table Land offers a jaw-dropping view of deep valleys and majestic hills. You can also enjoy a panoramic and unobstructed view of the sunrise and sunset from here and witness the skies burst into a myriad of colours.

Bhilar Water Falls

Bhilar Waterfall, only viewed during monsoons, is believed to be the source of the Kundali River. Approximately 300 to 350 ft in height, Kundali River joins the Venna River at Sangam Mahuli near Satara.

Dhom Dam

Dhom Dam is a beautiful boating spot that is located at a distance of 21 km from the town. For enjoying water activities, tourists can hire scooter boats and speed boats from near the dam. This earth fill and gravity dam on Krishna River is located near Wai. For supplying water for agriculture and industries, the dam was constructed in 1982.
Water of the dam also serves the industries and residential quarters located in Wai, Panchgani, Mahabaleshwar and the surrounding villages on its bank. Using water of the dam, lands of Wai, Koregaon, Satara and Javli talukas are irrigated. Approximately 20 km in length, catchments area of the Dhom Lake has been formed by damming the Krishna River. From the basement electricity house, the dam generates 4 MG of hydroelectricity.
